Return Eligibility

We accept return requests only if:

  • The item you received is defective, damaged, or incorrect

  • The item was not delivered within a reasonable timeframe (lost in transit)

To qualify for a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product and provide:

  • Your order number

  • Photos showing the issue (e.g., damage, wrong item)

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns in the following cases:

  • Change of mind

  • Wrong shipping address provided by the customer

  • Items delayed due to customs or courier issues

  • Flags that have been used, washed, or modified

  • Custom-made flags, unless there is a clear manufacturing defect

Return Process

  1. Email us at support@buymyflag.com with all required information.

  2. Our support team will review your request within 2 business days.

  3. If approved, we’ll send return instructions or offer a suitable solution (replacement or partial refund).

  4. Returns must be shipped back in unused and original condition.

Return Shipping

  • In most cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
