Returns & Refunds

We accept refund or replacement requests in the following cases:

  • You received the wrong item

  • Your order arrived damaged or defective

  • Your item was lost in transit and not delivered after reasonable time

To be eligible, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your item.

What We Don’t Accept

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect address provided by the customer

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs

  • Flags that have been used, washed, or altered

Custom Orders

All custom-made flags are non-refundable unless there is a clear production error on our part.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email us at support@buymyflag.com with your order number and photo evidence of the issue.

  2. Our support team will review and respond within 2 business days.

  3. If your request is approved, we’ll process a refund to your original payment method or send a replacement, as per your preference.

Refund Processing Time

Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear on your original payment method, depending on your bank or provider.
